I’ve said it before, but the shooting was not at all justified. Where was the imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm? Both of her hands were visible (she was using them to climb through the window) and she was clearly unarmed. More than that, there were multiple officers on the other side of the window who could have gone hands-on to subdue her, and other cops on both sides to stop others from coming through the now-broken window.

Now ask yourself what kind of legit medic would not be able to discern a bullet point of entry difference between the neck and the chest, or where the bleeding originated?
