This is 100% what is happening. The studio lights and camera angle or enhancing the effect making it look weird. The same thing happened with Trump's concession/non-concession speech. So many people were pointing to his neck looking similar to this as proof it was a deep fake.

These people are either really dumb or desperate to believe something crazy.
