I do not buy that John Roberts fears Dems packing the Supreme Court--that is a feeble excuse. Dems are totally out of control and John Roberts not hearing the election fraud cases will not stop the Democrats from sprinting to destroy every and all pillars that made America great since its inception.

In fact, America now has and 2 tier justice system and the Supreme Court has now become one of the compromised sectors within the US government. Either every agency/branch/department has been compromised (some say by blackmail) or at the very least they have been corrupted (by self interest).
