First off I really don't need the money but it gives me something to do and it prevents me from digging into my savings/investments.

One of my bosses told me I need to wear a mask. I told him no. And then proceeded to tell him why, thanks to you guys.

I had 3 days off and I was fully expecting to be fired/written up etc. When I came back. But instead my boss wasn't wearing a mask and I over heard him asking why someone was wearing a mask.

It is good to have fuck you money.

People say money can't buy happiness. And that might be true, but being financially independent has sure bought me a lot of time to pursue happiness.

Very much this. It doesn't buy happiness but it sure does allow you how you want to spend your time.

Money just give you options, and you can either be happy or miserable with money.

You cannot buy happiness with money...

Work air quality programs are voluntary. Giving medical advise without a license is a felony. Usually stops the conversation dead in its tracks.

The people continuing wearing their masks are prolonging this.

I got into trouble for not wearing a mask at my desk during lunchtime - I was not eating, but nobody was there! Some moron walks by my area, and told HR. Got an email, went to a conference room, and HR (my friend) told me about it.

It is stupid. Well - if I am going to quit my job over wearing mask, I will do it after I found a new job with less draconian rules.

I need f-you money.
