It's messed up, but to be fair, China is still a bit of a third world country which generally has much much larger GDP growth, as the average China man isn't middle class still.
So it's natural for their GDP growth % to be larger than ours, same with India.
With that said, China creates its GDP growth... In the sense that they control and prop up markers. Their real estate marker only grows because they have ambitious building programs, Gov ran, Gov funded.
