The longer they put it off, the more inevitable the SOTU address will be the gateway to the 25th Amendment.

Presidents are required constitutionally to address the houses. Extra bonus for watching Kamala doing the Aflac Duck impression next to Nance on the podium.

In 1945, President Franklin Roosevelt's address was read to a Joint Session of the House and Senate. Since the President did not deliver the address, it does not count as an in-person address.

He was very sick too.
