A gentleman called Guilliani and referred to 'FLOTUS' Jill as Nurse Jill.

The gentleman explained that she is Joe's nurse. She is the first 'FLOTUS' with no agenda, who hasn't spoken to the press at all, and who's job as FLOTUS is to simply follow Joe around the White House and care for him, make sure he doesn't say anything stupid, and gets to bed by 7.
He pointed out (correctly) that she sits next to him with a cringe face as he speaks, waiting for him to say the next idiotic thing so she can elbow him or whisper a correction into his ear. If any other person was doing this we'd call them his puppetmaster but since it's nurse Jill it is accepted by the left.
