Ok, sorry. But seriously, women do a really shitty job of raising men on their own. This is not a radical idea, this is what we see with our own eyes. Without a male influence in their upbringing, male children do not turn out well at all. Period. So it wasn't the education system (such as it is) that failed this kid, it was his mother who decided to have kids without a father. It was whatever buck(s) knocked her up. Their the ones who are at fault for this kid's failure, and there will be zero accountability.
Call me a fucking racist (I'll get called that anyway, because I'm white), but I think permanent sterilization should be required for anyone wanting to receive any sort of childcare benefits for more than one year: you've already proven you can't raise kids, so that option should be removed from you before you fuck up even more.
