I found a weird trick by accident (ie I was drunk) when i couldn't upload.
Hit the 3 bars top left of screen before Win/TheDonald, then in setting at the bottom of the menu that appears on left side of screen hit the sunshine symbol so your screen goes in dark mode, the try again. Works for me.

Screenshot the pic...then re-upload. Works every time for me
I tried that as well. Normally that does the trick for me as well.
Same here on iPhone sometimes. I even found the same pics but different file type. No idea why
