That is why Marxists see all labour in a capitalist system as exploitative and all capitalists are bad. What this does is that it designs the perspective such that there can be no positive conclusion. Capitalism must be destroyed and all forms of it are bad. It creates a perpetual clash between labour and capital until the system breaks down. This ideology is disruptive and meant specifically to destroy existing power structures.
That is all critical race theory is as well. It's a theory meant to create a perpetual clash between oppressed and oppressors. The theory frames certain groups as oppressed and straight white males as the oppressors. In this way, it disrupts the power structure of western civilization which predominantly has a majority of straight white males. This undermines the entire civilization because now the people who were once its builders and protectors are seen as enemies and this framing of oppressed and oppressors has no end to it. It's meant entirely to destroy the system in place. It perpetually exists until the system is destroyed.
The end game of both beliefs, Marxism and Critical Race Theory is to replace the old power structure will a new one. History and experience tells us the new power structure doesn't necessarily actually do anything to improve the lives of all the currently perceived to be oppressed people. In fact in a lot of cases the new power structure is actually worse for them. The new power structure often begins to look like a feudal system where there is a minority of extremely wealthy/powerful ruling class that rule over an underclass. The two classes are treated different by society. Very little mobility exists, if any, between the two classes.
Suggesting CRT is communist brainwashing is accurate to a degree but understand, the actual people who believe in communism as this ideal utopian society is mostly limited to naive useful idiots. The actual people with power and wealth have no intention of promoting a true communist society. They use communism as a means to control the masses and reduce competition against their wealth/power or to consolidate and expand their wealth/power. The people with wealth and power enjoy globalism and capitalism because both structures enhances their wealth and power immensely but they only like capitalism when its them benefiting. They don't like the idea of threats threatening their capital and communism for the masses helps reduce competition to their capitalist mega corps.
What we're essentially seeing in society is this merging of feudalism, communism and capitalism into one system that seems to take the worst from each and outs them together to enhance the wealth and power of the elite while distracting to masses through pointless social justice causes that actually harm the masses and keeps them preoccupied with things such that they never focus on their real enemy.
