I have been researching senior dementia as of late and came across interesting info;

The plaques found in the brains of Alzheimer patients is also found in the brains of elderly people who never had any symptoms of dementia. Neurologists had no idea what to do with this new info, because they had spent hundreds of millions to figure out how to remove said plaques.

As it turns out, these plaques are a protective measure put up by the body.

The next question, obviously, is protection from what?

The glycogen pathway. In other words, Alzheimers is literally being called Type 3 diabetes by those on the cutting edge of research.

How to stop it?

Go on a low-carb diet as you age, before it's too late. Keto, paleo, Atkins...pick one and stick with it. It will prevent your neurons from dying and scabbing up in the future.
