Need Help - Ruby from Georgia video of "vote switching machines"

I watched a video where she speaks with someone in a suit, looks to be management. And their were subtitles of their discussion, something about "vote switching machines" Does anyone have that or remember what im talking about?

I remember that and I found the source and listened in headphones. Subtitles were bogus. Camera was on a tripod with audio way down and sound artifacts made the room unintelligible.

She is also seen doing that weird hand off with some sort of thumbdrive.

I mean, come on... then link to a dead link thats gone for "violating terms of service...

After finding the source and extracting ~46:00 - 50:10 to a WAV file, results no better. It was a microphone left on very low to capture room tone, not useful voices (~40db down from peak) and the compression artifacts at that low level are harsh. I conclude the captions are fake, a cruel joke. Even in a few places where clear words jump out "the State" "ship it" "you like it now. Now that [you care/it's there]" the captions do not even have similar sounding words.

with the link to the source video which the other one was clipped from (which is still up) and the timestamp to look for (46m-50m10s) and complain because Streamable took down the other OP's clipped video with the bogus subtitles.

I mean, come on. Go for the link and subtitle it yourself if you can. So much of this Ruby stuff is ugly and contrived. Within that time index you will find (your words) "she speaks with someone in a suit, looks to be management"
