Any parent should be able to figure this out for themselves. My wife has trouble even with our three year old, because she doesn't know how to even think like a boy. Not to say I don't have my own troubles with him, but most days I can get his attitude to change with the right level of forcefulness and the "dad voice" that his mom can't manage.
If I thought "school" was the right way to do it, I'd be 100% for gender segregation of the classes. There's a reason all the Elite schools are exactly that.

The majority of teachers aren't parents, they're usually younger women fresh out of college.
