This is correct, especially considering that many illegal aliens don’t even want amnesty. It is far easier to game the system as an illegal alien than to become a citizen and be forced to play by the same rules that everyone else does.

None of them have likely paid a cent into the system and will create a ticking time bomb of insolvency in a system that's already struggling from missuse.
