All these lawsuits against Trump are pointless. No one will be able to prove damages or any type of injury. And there’s no way in hell any judge would award punitive damages against a former POTUS... Refusing to hear a case or ruling in favor of the status quo are completely different than awarding punitive damages. None of them have the balls to cross that line.
