Legit question- how do they do “bottom surgery” on a female? It’s not like they can cut off a hole right?

They basically skin you (either arm or torso) and roll it up into a flesh tube.
Then they create a pathway for the urethra so you can urinate through it.
Sometimes they install hydraulics so you can manually inflate it to get an “erection”.
