That's the argument in some of the comments. But if that were true there wouldn't have been spikes and dips in covid cases when mask use was constant.

What I want to know is what happened to the goddamn flu? If it disappeared because people were wearing masks then why isn't it still prevalent in the places where they didn't? It makes no difference whether the mandates were super-strict, like California, or never existed at all, like South Dakota - influenza isn't showing up anywhere anymore. So much for the "it would have been worse without the masks" argument.

Doctors get paid more when they diagnose a case of the Wuhan Sniffles than they do when they diagnose a case of influenza.

That one fact ensured that 99% of doctors participated in the scam. I find that extremely disturbing.

Correction: When they determine COVID as a cause of death, not when they diagnose it, at least as far as I know. Sorry for the error.

Exactly! I don't think many doctors were actually performing flu tests. Most went straight to COVID testing.
