I mean these people don't have a biological condition. There is no physical or DNA evidence that they are the opposite sex. Its not even like intersex where they are actually born with 2 sets of genitalia. Its strictly a mental condition.
There is no such thing as transgender, its made up. There is a mental illness called gender dysphoria. This should be treated properly. Drugs and mutiliation is not the answer since it comes with such high suicide rates. Instead the root cause should be treated which is most likely some sort of body issue or other trauma in their lives that caused the mental illness.
Right now its like you have someone who is belemic and you reinforce their fantasy that they are really super fat even though they are skin and bones, and tell them the only way to fix the problem is to sew their stomach up so they stop eating.
