I quick google search says: Of the 3,500 suits, Trump or one of his companies were plaintiffs in 1,900; defendants in 1,450; and bankruptcy, third party, or other in 150. Trump was named in at least 169 suits in federal court.
Even small Time investors that own properties are constantly in lawsuits over stupid stuff. Walmart gets sued Every day. Alice Walton has like 20 DUI arrests and is constantly fighting lawsuits. Large company owners like trucking companies are sued constantly because of their employees,think about that. Hotel chains are sued constantly. As a wise man once said: Let he who is without. sin cast the first stone.
