I’ve just been informed of you removing a child from a mother over her being maskless. Aside from this being a grotesque punishment that is absolutely draconian, it’s also blatantly unconstitutional.
There is no mask mandate in the state of Florida. So what exactly is this mother in breach of? If I were you, I’d reverse this ruling as quickly as you can. Removing children from their parents is something that tends to upset people.

You are so very badly mistaken. You should not believe everything that you hear. If you were at the hearing and actually heard the testimony you would not write this stupid email. People that don’t know the facts should not have opinions. Mother abandoned the child in Florida to move to another state to be with her boyfriend. Mothers behaviors were reckless. Perhaps it was you who should have stayed silent considering the audio that was released. But then again, what would I know, I’ve never had the temerity to remove a child from it’s mother over an overhyped form of influenza.

Wow, I’ve never heard such a small closed minded judge than this asshole right here. Judge Dale Cohen, Circuit Court Judge of Broward County, FL acts like he’s something special. He just a F¥CKING judge. Law means nothing any more with egotistical and biased people like Dale Cohen on the bench.
