I wouldn't necessarily say low IQ, but definitely low information. There's an important difference. A lot of my low information friends are also extremely smart within their fields but they have so many terrible views on anything political.
Being "smart when it comes to.." doesn't make you smart-smart. You can be a total idiot and have 100m in the bank from working a particular job. Hollywood elites are a good example.
One thing about rich liberals is they only enable other like-minded individuals. Their hiring process is pretty simple:
First qualifier is that you must reek of being a liberal sack of shit.
Second, you must either be a minority, gay or a self-hater who is woke to being replaced by a black man at any time.
Third and least important is having a basic understanding of the job you are applying for. This can be overlooked as they will train you on the job.
And then once you get hired your success in the ranks depends on how big of an asshole you are. Pretty easy criteria for any libtard to meet.
I have some friends working at very prestigious scientific and academic institutions. They are certifiably genius level when it comes to understanding of their fields. Some of them are even actively working on coronavirus vaccine development. They are not stupid people.
I have some reasonable academic STEM credentials but among my gaming group I am the least educated and successful in the STEM fields of my group.
But they still think that over half of America is irreparably racist and a shithole. Even when some of them live there (especially because they live there.... In leftist cities, of course.) They think that every Trump supporter is a far right wacko white supremacist (they haven't outed me yet, although I got close once when I said the phrase "BLM nonsense" one time in passing about something unrelated...)
I'm Canadian by the way. So a lot of us have kneejerk anti-American sentiment just naturally ingrained in us. I know I did growing up.
yep i know what you mean. my sister for example is very intelligent, so i guess perhaps a better way to say it, is they are very mentally ill. inherent in being intelligent imo, is being self-aware and having the ability to self-preserve: liberals fail both counts which as you point out, some are very smart and intelligent, so i'd have to say its a mental disorder
