The inflationary tailwinds of FED monetary policy are lifting all commodity prices but GASOLINE FUTURES are going Parabolic on the back of Biden's shitty fossil fuels policies. It is not even the summer driving season and we have a huge rally in oil and by extension gasoline.

By this summer pump prices will probably be north of 5 dollars because of that dipshit.

Gas prices will be another reason the economy will fail under Biden and blow him and the Dems out of the water within his first year.

Don't forget the recent winter storm when most of the nation wasn't driving anywhere. Low demand and the price still goes up. Thanks one hell of a lot there Biden & Co. (TM)

I was originally going to argue....but yeah you are correct. I am layed off because this scary nothing of a disease. I refuse to wear a mask...what a rebel I am in the scheme of things.

16
txladyvoter 16 points ago +16 / -0

I refuse to be cowed. Texas' governor has lifted the mask order starting Wednesday. And we shall see how many of the mask preachers will be around. All the big cities are screaming fault and it's fun to watch.

17
thisguy883 17 points ago +19 / -2

My wife owns her business and as soon as th mask mandate is gone on Wednesday, she will no longer be requiring her workers to wear a mask and will gladly remove the "You must wear a mask" sign from her door.

She is worried people will not want to come in and I straight up told her that no one is stopping them from wearing a mask, and if they insist our workers wear one against their will, then they can take their business elsewhere.

We are so fucking done with this COVID bullshit and want to go back to normal as soon as possible.

10
Duke59 10 points ago +11 / -1

She never had to put the sign up in the first place. You people just don’t get it.

6
SpaceOlympian 6 points ago +6 / -0

Y’all from Texas? If so, good for y’all! We need business owners to stand up and say enough of this crap. Like you said, no one is stopping anyone from continuing to wear a mask if they so choose. I’m willing to bet your wife will start getting a lot more business and if I were you I’d start advertising and promoting as such. Let your locals know they’re free to come without a mask now. Good luck!

2
txladyvoter 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'd come to her business in a heartbeat! And thank her in case I don't actually stumble upon it.! Enjoy your lives in Texas! God bless y'all!

I went to my local grocery store yesterday (Thursday) and lo and behold, at least half the people there were not wearing masks. It was quite an epiphany....

Now if you were to listen to ABC fake news, prices went through the roof because the refineries shut down from the cold. Sure, they did, but the prices were already jacking up at insane rates before they shut down for whatever time it was, one day?

7
ComebackKing 7 points ago +7 / -0

And now OPEC talking about cutting supply. Wonder why they're doing that now 🤣. They're not stupid.

1
Viewer01 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thats more because refineries and the like shut down in Texas. Probably have some pipeline issues as well.

1
cd3dog 1 point ago +1 / -0

still doesn't add up. supply goes down but so does demand. Am I missing anything?

3
AK_Tree_Frog 3 points ago +3 / -0

Masssssiiiiivvvee money printing. The dollar is worlds reserve currency due to the fact that all oil is traded in dollars. More dollars plus less oil being pumped equals massive price inflation.

1
Viewer01 1 point ago +1 / -0

From the freeze two weeks ago

0
CrossTheRubiconTrump 0 points ago +1 / -1

When the temperature gets low fuel travels slower along the pipelines and the texas oil refineries slowed production significantly.

2
cd3dog 2 points ago +2 / -0

OK. No argument here. But the supply/demand equation still does not have prices rising. Supply goes down... sure. But the demand goes down at the same time.

0
AK_Tree_Frog 0 points ago +1 / -1

The money supply has been dramatically expanded. More dollars less oil equals higer price, even if demand is flat. Mises.org provides fantastic info on how classical economics works. Or The Creature From Jekell Island

1
Duke59 1 point ago +2 / -1

No it doesn’t. If it’s crude the lines are heated. Refined product has zero effect. Used to get 8000 barrels per hour in Phoenix from California pipeline. 2500 per hour from TX because of smaller pipeline and greater distance.

1

They won't care. Many of them don't follow politics or what's going on. In fact, I'd wager a bunch of them would vote for him again if it was between him and Trump.

Yeah. I feel bad that it's been printing reliably for me, but sadly since we're not in Trump's 2nd term yet, I understand it comes at a cost.

Someone I work with told me that China's pollution is actually OUR pollution because we're the ones importing so many products that are manufactured there.

When I asked "So how can China's government reduce its pollution..." their response was "Well the USA needs to stop buying products made in China..."

Trying to get a straight answer out of them about how China can reduce China's pollution was impossible.

Que NPC meltdown.

Normies: "The marketplace made it possible to afford all this cool stuff and to earn money through hard work!"

Businesses: "The marketplace made it possible for us to make a lot of money in exchange for goods and services"

Tyrants: "The marketplace is another tool we can use to control people's behavior for the greater moral good!"

8
WhiteTrashJesus 8 points ago +8 / -0

Electric car prices and the electricity are gonna be way more expensive too. Your family member doesn’t understand economics. The fastest way to transition to clean energy is to have cheap oil-> good economy-> cheap to make shit-> people can afford the electric car. Half of people would probably get a tesla over a normal car if it were the same price and available

3
Major_Nutt 3 points ago +4 / -1

I'll never own an electric car. All electronics have to be run by computers, not good old fashioned machinery and steel.

2
WhiteTrashJesus 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree but the cars a re already like that now. A good balance is late 90’s early 2000’s so you get airbags

2
WhiteTrashJesus 2 points ago +2 / -0

As long as you dont have drive by wire the computer can not take over. Cars with automatic parking have drive by wire although i dont think it canoverride the manual controls it gets creepy

1

2

..and wait until they find out "The Tesla Model S owners manual warns: “In cold weather, some of the stored energy in the Battery may not be available on your drive because the battery is too cold.”"

7
libsarelocusts 7 points ago +7 / -0

you havent seen anything yet. OPEC isnt increasing production in April so wti will hit 75 then if opec stalls or trickles supply in May to jack up prices 85 to 90 is coming then by June there will be a mass supply crunch jacking wti above 100, the average American is now to stupid and brainwashed to do critical thinking

7
TrumpWinz [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

here's another angle. We're already seeing rampant surges in food prices like soy, corn, wheat, sugar, coffee, etc. There's going to be a shitload of food inflation in 3rd world countries and Arab states. This will cause the government to try and do price controls and rationing which will cause shortages. This sparks off civil unrest and possibly civil wars in oil producing countries.

There's your case for 200 dollar a barrel oil.

2
KekistanPM 2 points ago +2 / -0

I believe it. Governments love price controls when it wins them votes. Despite the failures created from rent control, it's still a thing.

India used to have very tight price controls and monopoly laws; so tight that when the government laxed them and reintroduced competition into their economy, the existing players were blindsided by how much better their competition was and were forced to modernize.

6
TEXinLA 6 points ago +6 / -0

I like the number 47. It's the number of years I get to cite when asking people what Biden has accomplished during his political career other than raping assistants, selling out America to China, and locking up blacks. It's the percentage of Americans that Mitt Romney wrote off when he let everyone know that he is a piece of shit. And it's what the left is going to have to call Trump in 2024 or earlier because they won't be able to stomach saying "President Trump".

2
BunnyPicnic 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's crazy that the lowest gas prices in a while just happened to be in March, 2020. We've been in this FAGGOT ass "pandemic" for a year now. You have to applaud the uniparty, they did something I never thought possible. Over the course of a century, they've managed to completely zombify about half of this country. It's incredible what they've accomplished.

I don't know what scares me more. The idea that American citizens continued to vote for this shit for decades. Or if they've cheated this entire time and we've just allowed it for decades. Either way, it's hard to look into a future USA and see good times ahead. There's no reason to believe we can win in 2024, especially if we can't get about 90% of Congress outta there next year.

If we still had the court system, I could see a bright future. But they've failed us to a point I didn't seem believable. All we ever wanted was an audit to provide receipts. For fucks sake, the voter turnout in some swing state counties was 150-200%. And the judges say there's no EVIDENCE. You have boxes being pulled out from under an aproned table in the middle of the night after they told everyone to go home because they were done counting for the night. That just so happens to coincide with an increase in biden votes. And democrat faggots don't care, because orange man is gone.

1984 is no longer just a story, we're living it. If we don't fight this, any Patriots will become Winston. We know they can watch is via our tvs, phones, computers, cars. Big tech and most media is the ministry of truth. They try to rewrite the past, they constantly lie and manufacture crisis's. They want to get rid of "old think" (whiteness) ideas like being rational. The fbi is turning into the ministry of love, arresting and vetting citizens and soldiers for being conservative.

Is this serious or what?

1
Asael 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is not financial advice, but just my outlook/perspective.

Last year after the Saudi/Russian oil spat they dumped alot of oil onto the market. Thing is, once you pull all that oil out of the ground you can't exactly put it back in. This extra supply causes the price to drop through the floor. The fact that Crude is above $66.00 is an inflated price. The thing about inflated prices is that a correction or collapse is virtually inevitable. I'd keep an eye on SCO ETF or DRIP.

1
TrumpWinz [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

The Saudis and Russians were aiming to kill American fracking. Frackers were the marginal producers and they had to bring the price point down to kill the industry. Fracking was already on the ropes pre Covid and the collapse along with Biden have put the industry out of commission for the next several years.

Quite possibly. Wouldn't surprise me anyways.

My point is, a violent correction or collapse is coming. Might as well have something to make a buck or two off of it. Secondly, with a crude collapse inbound, like real estate, a lot is tied into it. Should oil spike too high get ready for a possible depression. And with Xiden in power, and what he has done so far, it seems likely.

We're about to have a market crash this month. Probably 15% off the highs but could be 25%. Bond prices are crashing because nobody is stupid enough to buy more debt when the Dems are about to pass another trillion dollar plus stimulus financed by debt.

Fed will intervene so it will bounce but it will only set us up for a much bigger crash probably later this year early next year.

Biden and the Dems will get annihilated.

Indeed. Been eyeballing bear ETFs and ETNs.

Biden and the Dems will get annihilated.

Fitting honestly. How did Bill Maher put it? "I hope for a recession..." How poetically ironic.

In 2008 we were days away from money markets funds going illiquid. If that happened there would have been a bank run and nobody without cash in hand would have had access to any of their money. Imagine having only the cash in your pocket at this moment and that's it. Now imagine that for everybody, given what we just saw last summer.

I don't think that this crash is the one that does it, but I think it happens within the next 4 years under Biden and when it does the country collapses into civil war.

Is there any chance we can game the market the way they did with GameStop and make the gas really really cheap instead of really really expensive?

buy oil stocks. They are still cheap to what they will be when wti crude hits 75 80 100 a barrel... the money to be made in oil is amazing

While Biden's policies are affecting the supply side, we must also look at the demand side. Oil prices cratered at the height of the covid lockdowns as everyone anticipated reduced economic activity. Prices gradually recovered as lockdowns gradually eased, and steadily increased as vaccines started rolling out. This is the demand side equation - with economic activity returning back to pre-covid levels oil prices are increasing to meet demand.

That is the mainstream narrative and it sounds plausible but the numbers do not support these prices or the growth rate.

Oil prices had their first downdraft in 2014 when it crashed from 100 dollars all the way into the 30's in 2016. Then recovered to the upper 70's in 2018 and then was going into another downtrend in 2020 pre Covid.

After prices crashed in March 2020, it bounced up to around 45 and literally was headed back to the lows until it reversed in the first week of November right after the fraudulent election.

I don't buy the argument that the November inflection point was on the back of anticipated oil demand on the back of a recovering economy. There was no data at that point in time, or the month after to support the notion that the economy would be recoverying to support pre covid levels of oil consumption. There was only data saying that a Biden regime would be bad for fossil fuels.

Also, if you take a look at the demand side of the equation, price was falling as demand was rising in the past few years. In addition the anticipated 2021 demand is not expected to be at pre covid levels.

https://www.statista.com/statistics/271823/daily-global-crude-oil-demand-since-2006/

Biden and the Dems are 100% against fossil fuels and make no secret about it. The first thing he did when he got into office was cancel keystone and ban fracking. He did exactly what the markets thought he was going to do, and will take it a step further through further escalation of conflicts in the middle east.

I read an article https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/policy/gas-prices-up-pandemic-texas-cold-snap that says the recent cold in the mid States caused low production of oil which contributed to the gas increase. Biden policies will hurt us more of course, but the current issue is very likely related. The Keystone XL stop was a cause and effect.

Fens... sell oil stocks when Republicans win. Buy when dems just have won.

Those who live in the city and urban surrounding areas, think that the entire country can sustain policy designed just for them. I've watched them discuss these topics, they believe in public transport and have a distain for rural populations and their cars. They dislike roads and want everything to be rolled back. They think that the way to design and run cities, is a method which can be applied to the entire country regardless of density. Added fuel costs will simply harm those who need to travel for work, whilst making public transport in urban areas the ideal solution. But the problem is, these people don't make anything, they simply profit from the infrastructure that makes all of this possible. The distain for the people who make everything is so clearly evident, and they don't care how little people out there are getting paid to break their backs everyday, just as long as they can sip latte's.

They are effete urbanites living in a bubble and are completely helpless without the very people they hold in contempt.
