Dr. Shiva, Bobby Piton, and Edward Solomon all independently and in different ways found percentage weighting, aka Fraction Magic.

In his write-up, Piton says:

An Example. 18 men were 42% of the number of 18 years in total, then that number went a steady decline bottoming at under 31% for 26 yearsโ€ฆ. Then it started to climb back to 40% for 40 years. Itโ€™s amazing, but the percentage of M, F, and Uโ€™s are behaving as randomly as stock prices. This reality is why Bobby was able to make the connection to VWAP and call it Average Weighted Vote Percentage target. Simply put the math of algorithms is showing up in the swings of the number of voters in the 3 different classifications. The U voter is meant to cover the tracks of this elaborate fraud.

The two parts of the election fraud are the implementation and the cover-up.

Bennie Smith was one of the first, if not the first, to uncover fraction magic. Years ago he responded to complaints of election fraud, set out to disprove it, then got shocked. As he observed, to be able to reliably control elections and therefore be able to sell them, you need to use fraction magic. You have to be able to set the final percent of the election win.

I think for years fraction magic has been going on, but without a digital coverup. Now they have access to personal data they can implement the fraud and the cover-up.

It seems like a form of identity theft. Partial identity theft could be more accurate. It's as if they create fictional characters or "robots" to order that became fake voters passed off as real, virtually impossible to distinguish from real people.

That is, until a programmer can write a new election fraud robot detection algo.
