And those are the ignoramuses. Most Hispanics know that "Latinx" is a variation of "Latino," and it applies to people descended from countries in LATIN AMERICA (South America and Central America), and not MEXICO. Truthfully, "Hispanic" is the most accurate term to indicate people descended from ancestors from Spain (Hispania)...which would include South Americans, Central Americans, and Mexicans.
