I understand your point. But if this was possible by the little fish in the picture, all that's really going to happen is this picture is the shark realizes it's not a real giant fish and turns around for a big dinner by catching the little fish off guard.
With we the people, it would work. But the little fishies would just get their ass eaten real quick. I know I'm taking the picture too literally but it bothered me.
