For those who don't know: I dont wear a mask at work. I live in California. I have enough money to not worry about my job. But I like that it gives me something to do. My defiant stance has encouraged others to do the same.

Part 2: a customer came in today and she was wearing a mask. I totally thought she was a Karen when she looked at me and pointed at her mask. And I kinda rudely told her that I they aren't required in our county (which is true, and even if it was our sheriff will not enforce the mandates) she was so excited she took off her mask and gave me a high five.

Even in commiefornia people are tired of this shit

Meanwhile I'm the only one here without a mask, and not bragging to people that I got my gene therapy injection! (Hint: I didn't get it obv)

California is really crazy sometimes too.

I can't even begin to imagine what LA and Gay Area are like right now. If I lived there, I'd probably be on the lam for murder by now...

The virtue signaling is so thick it can be sliced in LA.

I work for the FAA as a contractor. Tldr - they make us wear face shields and masks. But I noticed management doesn't wear the face shields. So I didn't. No one has said anything to me. The moment they do, I'll ask why management doesn't.

That'll probably be the end of that.

Ftr - the flight control tower people don't even wear masks.

Good approach. I started a new gov job in Texas in December. A Karen turned me in for not wearing a mask and my boss confronted me. I told him that I had seen him and the top boss not wearing masks and that it is unenforceable. So many karens at work freaking out now about removing the mask mandate.

The ironic thing is that there is literally about 5 people in a 1,000 capacity building and I rarely see others. Will be so glad when this ends.
