I dont get how this is going to work. I mean, suppose I live in TX and Tweet to someone in AZ about covid medicine cures or whatnot that is currently banned info. I Can tweet bec I live in TX, but is my AZ recipient allowed to receive the tweet? And vise versa? Sounds like a big headache for big tech but maybe thats the point.
