I can’t track it down now, maybe I can try and find it again, but I did hear two 5ish minute audio clips on this. They were falsely attributed to James Clapper (the voice did sound similar and the title of the post was something like “Did James Clapper flip?” Which is a huge stretch but like I said, it did sound like him) but the transcript on that audio and the pdf transcript are the same. So it’s out there somewhere
