Wanna know how they also trapped inner city folks in welfare?

Create minimum wage—-> destroying jobs for under skilled

Unemployed people take welfare—-> they can’t afford to improve their property

Low cost property—-> lower property tax receipts

Lower tax receipts—-> underfunded schools

Underfunded schools—->create under skilled workers.

Minimum wage ensures that under skilled workers are unemployed (and can’t get skills)

Repeat for 60 years.
