Do black people have no personal responsibility? If white people were doing that, all these jerks commenting on why its not Shaniqa and Javons fault would be singing a very different tune. It would be white women have ruined society and white men have become weak. Both would be fully blamed for their bad behavior. But blacks aren't responsible for their bad behavior.
