remember that those responsible for this lunacy have their kids and grandkids attending in person private school. and the moronic sheep are too fucking dumb to not see they hypocrisy. They think they are keeping their kids safe with worthless remote school while the leftist elites laugh at them. But dumb fucking parents are too dumb to actually take care of their kids begetting future dumb parents which is just what democrats cherish
This is sort of my sister in law. They have their daughter in private school (excellent choice btw) that has been open this entire school year. It’s open because the parents (ie the paying customers) were so pissed about it shutting down last April that the school basically didn’t have a choice.
But she goes to work and gets shamed by her coworkers for using her “white privilege” to secure her daughter a better education experience. She helped her workplace organize BLM support last year.
She was absolutely wracked with guilt, until her mom and mine both spent a few months talking sense into her. But she’s also one of these “if it only saves only life!” Covidians, so I think the discomfort over her hypocrisy is a healthy exercise for her.

I personally know a teacher who quit his job because his school was requiring him to come back in person to teach.
He sends his kids to school in person at the school in our neighborhood.
