Yeah but not every 21 year old black man is a murderer. If I were to put my finger on it, I would say there is 0.1% of the population repeatedly committing crimes and not getting caught and punished for it. So I would say that is mostly a small minority of black men. Probably gang members killing each other when you boil it down. In the end of the day there are only like 13k gun deaths a year and many are prob gang shootouts.
