Does that mean these 2A sanctuary states are making full-auto and accessory purchases hassle-free again?

A lot of these "2A sanctuary" deals are just to keep the status quo as of 2019ish.

Here is whats in the Oklahoma bill :

D. The preemption provided in this act shall include:

  1. Any regulation of arms and ammunition, pursuant to the National Firearms Act of 1934, prohibited or regulated on or after the effective date of this act; and
  2. Any regulations or provision of the Gun Control Act of 1968, prohibited or regulated on or after the effective date of this act.

Now, Does effective date of this act in regards to the two subsections above refer to the acts stated in said subsections. If that is the case then that means anything infringing the 2A since 1934 is null and void.

However if effective date of this act is refering to the act they are trying to pass Second Amendment Sanctuary State Act then that means as of when/if the bill passes in Oklahoma nothing else can be restricted from then on.

I am also no legal eagle , but I'm fairly certain it's the later.
