So if there are persons in the government who are aware of Xi Den's dementia but who aid the hiding of that criminally liable? This would include everyone from Nancy Pelosi to Jen Psaki and anyone else who works around Xi Den, including any physicians who are treating Xi Den for his dementia. Is a person criminally liable if they withhold this information?

I've wondered about this too. Pretty sure a criminal case could be made on national security grounds. I really don't give a crap about Pelosi (who already has one foot in the cognitive grave herself) or Psaki (who is just a pathetic and miserable pawn). It's Harris I care about. When they stop pretending Biden is actually serving as POTUS, arrange his resignation, and elevate Harris, she should be impeached for actively participating in and promoting this fraud, with grave implications for national security and obvious personal gain for herself.
Assuming Republicans take back control of the House and Senate in the 2022 election, this is not an unrealistic scenario.
