yea. if we had a real media in the US, they'd report about how the "doctors" aka butchers there, farm out healthy political prisoners, pick the people with the best organs identified via sonograms, then they put a stint into the heart area to cut off blood flow to the brain, effectively making the person braindead while they cut out their organs. keep in mind the person is still alive
