Is it just me or are most people in this country sick or have some kind of precondition?
I literally know only a handful of people who are not on any kind of regular medication. The market for pills for all kinds of ailments, particularly anti-depressants, is worth billions. Therapists have full calendars. Heck, I'm not on anything, I eat my fruits, veggies and oats during the week and I still have above-normal cholesterol.
I'm not looking down on anybody for not being a perfect picture of health, but what's going on out there? Might be worth its own post on the Health .win.
You should look up the cholesterol scam, the big pharmaceutical companies bribed doctors to write articles in medical journals and they deliberately picked too low a level as "normal" markers so they could say everyone was high and sell the medication to more people
