Hey pedes, what's up? So I recently tweeted that meme we've had for a while as a joke and Scott Adams picked up on it...

But then I got to thinking.
Let's say the election hacking happened (In my opinion, there's a high chance it did) and we're going down the path of that reality never being exposed. Something like 78% of republicans believe it happened, but don't know wtf to do about it. Courts won't listen. Congress is cucks. State officials defy subpoenas, law enforcement won't help. FBI is lmao gay.
Need a plan.
This could BE the plan, but it has to be FRAMED properly or it could never work.
If Democrat counties hold strong not allowing audits, the Presidency can be stolen (I think) forever here on out with HR1 and election hacking. That's just a fact.
BUT, are there enough red counties to convincingly take the House/Senate? If all the red counties decide to HAND COUNT 2022, for the express purpose of disallowing machine hacking, could there be a landslide?
Keep listening.
Trump doesn't even have to run for the House (I don't think he ever would, too below him optically) - they can still vote him Speaker.
Once R's take over the House/Senate, they begin impeachment hearings on the grounds of a stolen election. This easily qualifies as a 'high crime or misdemeanor'.
This allows them to present and debate any/all evidence they desire to the American public and the world. After this public trial, wherein both Biden/Kamala would be impeached and removed, Trump, as speaker, would become President.
This fits the "Justice" bill very nicely, as if the election was stolen, he should be the rightful President anyway, so it doesn't look "unfair".
Election theft ends up getting exposed, everything is done legally, by the book, and transparently.
The "chances" of this happening are very slim, but the FRAMING as a RECONCILIATION of a STOLEN election by REPUBLICANS makes it (at least in my mind) plausible to catch fire.
Or we could execute them for high treason.
Whatever the outcome, it has to be digestible by the majority of the public.
Only 3% of the Colonials fought the british tyrants. The public can get fucked.
Different world concerning comms - the only way you're getting executions is if video evidence of child rape/murder gets released
We had that on hunter laptop, yet no one did anything. The only way it happens is if we do it ourselves.
At least someone is actually talking about this.
It's a great plan. How easy would it be for Trump to be elected to the House from his new state, Florida. Answer: EASY!
I first heard this idea from Rogan O'Handley, aka DC_Draino. It's brilliant.
I'm not sure of what I'm saying but I think the VP, upon leaving her office t ascend to the presidency gets to choose her replacement. At least that's what I've read. Anyone know if that's true? If so, you might have to impeach her first at which point I guess the speaker of the house would take her job (presumably Trump in your plan) and then impeach Jao Xi Den or whoever's president. Xi Den will be in a dementia ward by 4th of July, he's going fast.
And that’s why you impeach the entire admin.
Biden and Harris came in together, illegally, so of course they should leave together, in shame forever.
Just one thought, wouldn't it need to be proven that Biden and Kamala were actually involved in the election rigging for them to be convicted?
It seems like there is a ton of evidence that rigging actually took place yet I doubt there is anything out there tying them to it personally. The fraud was done on their behalf but I don't think they could be personally convicted of it. I don't think they could be convicted of crimes done by others which happened to benefit them.
Senate can convict regardless of whether they prove they knew about it. They could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they should have known about it, which would be enough, because this isn't a court of law - it's Congress. The key factor is actually public opinion, not the 'legality' of the case, because it's not actually a court case
"Should have known" is actually a big thing in the law, but yes, I agree with you. Throw the bums out.
Good point. I stand corrected on that one!
They both benefited from a crime, which has now been exposed in so many ways, including a bragging confession from the left. They couldn't not know that.
And they'd never see him comin'.
