Are there any changes that will make the House delay it? Anything major the House wanted?

These amendments were passed by roll call. It is not a complete list because several were passed by 'voice vote', including at least one where a loud chorus of NAYS was heard and (lo and behold) it was announced as 'THE AYES HAVE IT'. Voice votes are despicable.

In particular Schumer dropped an unannounced amendment bomb at the very end just to prove to the world that he can drop in shit everybody will pass without demanding a full reading, and not be held in the contempt he deserves.

  • On the Amendment S.Amdt. 1391: Warner Amdt. No. 1391; To extend the authority for Federal contractors to reimburse employees unable to perform work due to the COVID-19 pandemic from March 31, 2021, to September 30, 2021.
  • On the Amendment S.Amdt. 1344: Hassan Amdt. No. 1344; To provide for a safe return to in-person instruction.
  • On the Amendment S.Amdt. 1378: Wyden Amdt. No. 1378; To improve the bill.
  • On the Amendment S.Amdt. 1092: Portman Amdt. No. 1092; To reduce unemployment compensation provisions.

Any other earmarks and secret policy changes that I should be aware of?
