You win the thread! I'll double down and say I hope it's a several times planetary mass black hole that cruises in slowly so the combined velocity and mass will perturb the former Earth's orbit in a highly eccentric way to start a Grand Tour that swallows the other planets too and finally skims into Sol and BETELGEUSEs it to go BOOM.
