I'm guessing you're using some shitty antivirus, because I'm able to connect fine.
My issue was AVG. Add site to exemptions.
Install Openbsd base and use lynx via terminal.
Uninstall trend micro or avast
Empty Cache, Check for Updates on VPN, Restart. And Add (or Allow) on Antivirus? Good Luck...
