Imo it’s a Catch22. On one hand, Social Media is the court of public opinion. And it’s rancid. But that’s where the battle is in the Information War. But we also know using the battlefield can be a detriment by feeding the Enemy instead of starving [them]. Conundrum.
It’s the preverbal town square and everyone has their own soapbox to stand on, if you can keep it(thanks to that lefty algorithm). And it’s across the board, not just Twatter. You have multiple town squares to stand on your soapbox and you can choose to be in all of them or one; or none. Even this place is a town square and here I am on my soapbox as are you. And we’re all speaking and responding and judging opinions in our own way. So how is it not the court of public opinion?
This isn't the town square. Its the train tracks after midnight. They prefer us here on the outside. Hell, 4chan is closer to a townsquare than this place.

Its not the court of public opinion. Its another idiot-box populated and driven by bots and twitters own left leaning algo.
