Why should he? As a culture, we have demanded His removal from society, denied His existence, falsely claimed His authority as the sustainers of the environment, deny the most basic right to life to the most vulnerable of His creation, refuse to go to His house to hear His Word proclaimed; why should God help us?
Someone mentioned this in a comment on another thread and said we are ‘proper fucked’. Succinctly stated and I have to agree.
