No lie, most speed limits are 15 mph under the "design speed" of the street/road you are on.
But cops can legally give you a ticket for 1 mph over the speed limit! I have seen them do it.
Usually because they wanted to pull you over to see if you're drunk or smoking weed in the car.
So they need SOMETHING to justify it. They'll look for any kind of crack on your windshield if possible
