Two days ago I surveyed my yard for proper places to plant apple trees. Apple trees ordered. Hopefully, if I live long enough, and am still not in the gulags, in 3-4 years I'll have apples for eating, apples for baking in pies, and apples for cider (and, after that, apple jack).
