I believe that is exactly what is happening. It has been reported that Trump took his WH staff with him to Florida and set up an office of former President or something along those lines.
Using a sporting analogy, Trump is putting scoreboard pressure on Biden. Every mistake Biden makes is a gift to Trump.
I believe Trump is playing the long game, much like an NFL game. who cares what the score is at half time. what matters is the score at full time.
Trump will be back in the WH again in 2024, in the mean time as citizen Trump, he can get a lot of things done. Anyone agree.
