If you’re using Apple ecosystem just create a note on your phone/iPad and air drop it to your Mac/laptop. It’s what I did... and whenever you want to use an emoji just highlight/copy and paste. It’s a little time consuming but it works.
I access this site through my browser and it doesn't give me the option to use emojis. What do you use?

I was guessing it was an app that does that. I can't type for squat on a phone.
I'm gong to go see if there is an app in the store for my laptop.
There should be depending on your type of laptop.
Nothing at the App Store. I've got Windows running on virtual machine so will check that next.
