We should demand R legislatures pass laws requiring uniform enforcement of Big Tech’s TOSes — for example, if you’re going to ban “hate speech” against Muslims, you also have to ban “hate speech” against Christians, Jews and every other religion (or else allow “hate speech” against all religions)

And apply serious penalties for uneven enforcement against different groups.

I believe this would get around the CDA 230 shield that lets them selectively take down content without being deemed a publisher, because it doesn’t penalize them for taking down any content, just requires them to apply their standards equally.
