You can make the passing requirements significantly easier than what a college exam would require, but if someone is completely unaware of the Constitution or federalism - they should have to study up on it to vote.
This would also weed out the homeless, elderly, apathetic and desperate people the Democrats totally don't prey upon

We should go back to the days where you had to be a landowner. In present day, I would be ok with anyone voting who is a net payer into the system. If you are a net taker from the system, you cannot vote. You can’t vote for more free stuff for yourself, and you now have to rely on the people who DO pay into the system and therefore will be nicer to them or now have incentive to become a net payer.

There's lots more we should have. But this would all make it harder for democrats to cheat, and thats the only way they win.
are you kidding? you're living in a dream world. this time next week illegals will be able to vote without ID, people will be able to register same day on a signature, prisoners will be able to vote, and ballot harvesting and mail in 8 days after election day will be legal by federal mandate...and you think you're going to get people to actually have to work to vote? show ID? citizenship? bwhahahahahaha....man, I don't want to laugh, but I don't think most people realize how close to the edge all of this is. we're fucked.
