There are 40 million people residing in California. Of that 40M, there are probably 25M actual American citizens. And you're telling me that only 2 million have any fucking sense? Apparently the brainwashing is further along than we thought. Still, praying for a miracle.

It was pretty confusing. They should really write better instructions. Boomer in laws couldn't figure out what to do, so I had to walk then through it.
