That would piss CCP off, seeing as they probably already have a claim to a lot of it.
We can do an auction with California. Who knows maybe we can squeeze out a nice $10 trillion?
Then we can spend $500 billion on a 50 foot wall with gun turrets and patrolling tanks.
Or... maybe we can just "Lex Luthor" the San Andreas fault and call Arizona and Nevada the new West coast!
